Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Trador Labs, Inc. (“Trador,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, dashboard, and agent runtime (collectively, the “Service”). Trador never custodies your funds — all execution flows through your own Hyperliquid wallet.

Account information. When you create a workspace we collect your email, display name, and the public address of any Hyperliquid wallet you connect.

Strategy & trading data. We store the agent configurations, backtests, and trade logs you generate so the Service can run them. This data is private to your workspace.

Usage data. We collect logs about how you interact with the Service — pages visited, features used, error reports — to operate and improve the product.

Billing data. If you subscribe, our payments processor collects payment details. We receive only the metadata needed to manage your subscription.

We use information to operate the Service, route orders to Hyperliquid on your behalf, generate backtests, surface usage analytics in your workspace, send service announcements, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) Hyperliquid, to route the orders your agents submit; (b) infrastructure subprocessors that host and secure the Service; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) advisors during financing or acquisition events under confidentiality.

We use a small number of first-party cookies for authentication, theme preferences, and aggregate analytics. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings — some Service features will require you to sign in again.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email privacy@tradors.xyz. We respond within 30 days.

We retain workspace data while your account is active and for a limited period after cancellation, then delete or anonymize it. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is gated by role-based controls and audit logs.

Trador operates infrastructure in the United States and the European Union. If you access the Service from another region your data may be transferred and processed in either jurisdiction under appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
